Iran’s Ambassador to India Mohammad Fathali has appealed to the BRICS countries to take a strong stand against the illegal activities of America and Israel. Iran says that BRICS is a forum that can work independently of the traditional global framework and help reduce tensions.

India will hold the presidency of BRICS in the year 2026 and till now this group has not issued any joint statement against America or Israel.
