Lucknow. On the 19th death anniversary of BSP founder Kanshi Ram, party supremo Mayawati again attacked Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party (SP) on Thursday. Addressing a rally in Lucknow on the death anniversary of Kanshi Ram, Mayawati said that many memorials were built during her government. Mayawati said that tickets were imposed for entry into these monuments. So that the monuments can be taken care of with his money. Mayawati alleged that during the SP government, the money received from the monuments was kept suppressed. BSP supremo Mayawati said that after this she wrote a letter to the current CM Yogi Adityanath in this regard. After which the condition of the monuments has again improved. He also raised the question that today PDA is talked about. Why did SP not do this when it was in power? Mayawati also targeted Congress.

Mayawati’s allegation of suppressing money on the SP government is likely to heat up the politics in UP again. The reason for this is that Mayawati continuously targets SP. At the same time, SP and Congress continuously raise the question that why does the BSP supremo not use a tough tone for BJP? SP and Congress have many times alleged that Mayawati and BJP are in collusion with each other. However, Mayawati did not step back from such allegations by both the parties and once again she targeted SP.
Relations between Mayawati and SP were established again in 2019, but there was tension after the elections.
There was a time when SP and BSP together formed the government in UP. Then on June 2, 1995, the guest house incident took place in Lucknow. In which SP was accused of conspiring to carry out a deadly attack on Mayawati. After this, SP and BSP parted ways. However, SP and Mayawati came together again in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Even Akhilesh Yadav’s MP wife Dimple Yadav touched Mayawati’s feet on the stage. Mulayam Singh and Mayawati also greeted each other, but after both the parties got defeated in the election results, a round of allegations and counter-allegations started. Since then, Mayawati does not miss to attack SP whenever she gets a chance.
