New Delhi. Naxalites are nervous due to the killing of all their big leaders and surrender of hundreds of colleagues. As a result, they are now temporarily pleading for a ceasefire. CPI-Maoist spokesperson Abhay, the largest organization of Naxalites, has made public a letter written to the central government, including his photo. This letter of Naxalites is named after PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, besides CM of Naxal -affected states. The Naxalites spokesperson wrote this letter on 15 August. The central government has not yet responded to the ceasefire proposal of the Naxalites.
Naxalite spokesperson Abhay wrote in the letter that his organization requests to stop a one -month ceasefire and search operation. The letter states that Maoists are ready to interact with the government. The Union Home Minister or the delegation appointed on their behalf can be held. Along with this, a spokesperson of the Naxalite organization has sought a month to consult the CPI-Maoist and in jail.
The Naxalite spokesperson has also mentioned the killing of its big leaders Basavaraju Wagaira in the letter. Let us know that for the last few months, the security forces have intensified their action and piled up Naxalite leaders. These include Basavaraju and Sahadeva. Apart from this, Sujata, a big leader of Naxalites, has also surrendered in the past. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has already announced that the Naxalite problem from the country will be completely abolished by March 2026. Shah also asked the Naxalites to quit violence. The Home Minister also said that the death of Naxalites does not give happiness. Now it has to be seen what is the attitude of the central government on the proposal of ceasefire of the Naxalites. Because Naxalites have been working to strengthen the organization in the name of ceasefire earlier.
