A new facility has been started for passengers at Patna’s Jai Prakash Narayan International Airport. ‘Udaan Yatri Cafe’ has been inaugurated here where people will be able to get food items at very low prices. Along with this, high-speed free Wi-Fi facility is also being provided at the airport. Its objective is to provide cheap and good services to the common passengers so that they do not face any problem during the journey.
What is the cafe menu and what facilities will be available?
This new cafe has been built in the check-in area of the airport. The menu here has been kept very cheap so that travelers of every category can take advantage of it. The prices of food and drinks in the cafe are fixed as follows:

Sweets are also included in the menu. Also, passengers coming here will now be able to use high-speed internet without any extra charges.
What did the ministry and officials say?
Union Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu virtually inaugurated this café and Wi-Fi service on Sunday, 29 March 2026. He said that modernizing the country’s airports and increasing digital connectivity there is the priority of the government. This initiative has been completed in collaboration with the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Airports Authority of India (AAI). Airport Director Chandra Pratap Dwivedi said that continuous improvements are being made at Patna Airport to provide safe and better services to the passengers. This step has been taken under the UDAN scheme to connect the common citizen with air travel.
