Professor Sanjeev Dhari Sinha, resident of Patna, the capital of Bihar, has been stranded in Libya for the last 14 years. He has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Ministry of External Affairs for help to return to India. Why is Professor Sanjeev Dhari Sinha stuck in Libya?
Sanjeev Dhari Sinha worked as a professor of English at Tripoli University and Elmerghib University in Libya. Their main problem is to get exit visa from the government there.
