New Delhi. In Rajasthan, a big order has come once again in the 2021 Sub Inspector Recruitment case. The Division Bench of the High Court has stayed the decision to cancel the recruitment. Earlier, the single bench of the High Court canceled the recruitment on August 28, giving the verdict. Along with this, the danger on the job of sub -inspectors who have been selected in this examination have been postponed. The double bench of High Court Justice SP Sharma and Justice Sanjeet Purohit issued notice to others including the Rajasthan government and sought answers from them. The next hearing of the case will now be held on 8 October.
Let us tell you that in the year 2021, allegations of rigging and paper out were made in the recruitment examination held for 859 posts of sub -inspectors. After which the court was knocked on behalf of the unsuccessful candidates. The government formed SOG to investigate the matter. The SOG had found in the investigation that many dummy candidates were sitting in the examination. After this, 54 trainee sub -inspectors were arrested while taking action, who were selected by passing the examination by dummy candidate.
Keeping all these things in mind, High Court Judge Justice Sameer Jain had ordered the recruitment for 859 posts and ordered the examination again. The High Court has said in its order that 859 posts of 2021 examinations should also be added to the next recruitment examination of sub -inspectors. At the same time, the court had also said that the candidate who has crossed the age limit of 2021 recruitment examination will also be able to apply for the examination. 122 people have been arrested so far in this entire case.
