New Delhi. In the Vantara case of Anant Ambani, the Supreme Court on Monday gave a big relief that no rules are being violated in keeping the temple elephants there. Justice in the Supreme Court, Justice Pankaj Mittal and Justice Prayer B.K. Varale’s bench said during the hearing that if the process was being followed in giving elephants under the control of Vanatara, then nothing is wrong. The court said that the SIT has expressed satisfaction over the rules and regulatory measures in the report. At the same time, senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for Anant Ambani and Vantara, demanded that the SIT report should not be made public.
