After the Supreme Court rejected the bail plea of ​​Umar Khalid in the Delhi riots case, Khalid’s father SQR Ilyas said that he has nothing to say.

Let us tell you that the Supreme Court, while refusing to grant bail to accused Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case, said on Monday that a prima facie case is made out against them under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

Ilyas said, “I have nothing to say. The decision is before you.”

A bench of Justices Arvind Kumar and NV Anjaria granted bail to other accused in the case, Gulfisha Fatima, Meeran Haider, Shifa Ur Rehman, Mohammad Salim Khan and Shadab Ahmed.
