New Delhi. The High Court, while making oral remarks during the hearing in a defamation case, said that the allegations of conspiracy against the Prime Minister (PM) are very serious, these crimes are equivalent to treason. If someone is making such allegations against someone then he will have to take responsibility for it. For that he must have solid grounds. Delhi High Court made this comment during the hearing on the defamation case filed against lawyer Jai Anant Dehadrai on behalf of BJD MP and senior advocate Pinaki Mishra.
Actually, in his defense, Jai Anant Dehadrai had accused Pinaki Mishra of hatching a conspiracy against PM Modi. On this, Justice Jasmeet Singh told Jai Ananth’s lawyer that conspiracy against the Prime Minister amounts to treason and until Dehadrai proves this allegation against Pinaki Mishra, the court will stop Jai Ananth from making such statements. Will issue orders for.

Dehadrai’s lawyer assured the court that he would not say anything against Mishra regarding the allegations of his involvement in the conspiracy against the Prime Minister. Pinaki Mishra says that Jai Ananth has called him a broker of Canning Lane, Odia Babu and Puri on social media. False allegations of corruption have been made against him. Apart from demanding an apology and compensation from Dehadray, Pinaki Mishra has also sought directions from the court to stop making defamatory allegations and to remove the existing defamatory content on Twitter. After hearing the arguments, the bench of Justice Jasmeet Singh has issued summons to the other party. The next hearing will be held on August 12.
