In the midst of the Gyanvapi dispute in Varanasi, UP, now the court has got permission from the court for the cases filed regarding the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Idgah Masjid dispute in Mathura. Regarding this, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has given 9 reasons and said that after the agreement regarding the mosque in Mathura, it is difficult to touch it. Let us tell you that he said these things in a conversation with a private news channel.
Owaisi said that first of all, an agreement was signed between Shri Krishna Janmasthan Seva Sangh and Shahi Idgah Trust on 12 October 1968. In which there is agreement on 9 points. The place of birth is written in this agreement. The issue was not raised at that time.
Counting the points of the agreement, Owaisi said that, firstly, the northern and southern walls of the kutchi chair of the Idgah would be moved towards the east and the cost would be borne by the Masjid Trust. Second, the area outside the northern and southern walls, which is with the Muslims, will be vacated and will be given to the Janmasthan Seva Sangh.
Owaisi further said that according to the agreement, there will be no claim on the union land serving the northern and southern walls. Owaisi said that a portion of the land in the west-north corner of Idgah Kachchi Kursi is occupied by the Seva Sangh, the trust will acquire the Kachi Kursi and it will become the property of the Trust. Owaisi said that part of the debris present there (the controversial debris of the stairs on the south side) will be the property of the Seva Sangh.
Describing the next point of the agreement, Owaisi said that the houses built by Muslim Ghoshis from the northern and southern walls will be vacated by the trust and handed over to the Seva Sangh. The trust will be entitled to construct the walls only after the clearance work is completed. Along with this, the Idgah Trust will not open its doors, windows, cages etc. towards the service union. And even such a service union will not do.
Owaisi said that it further states that the drains of the Idgah flowing from the east to the west of the birthplace should be removed and diverted to the Idgah by a pipe. The cost of this will be borne by the service union.
The agreement further stated that after the acquisition of a portion of the railway land in front of the northern and southern walls of the Idgah, which is being acquired by the Janmasthan Seva Sangh, the Janmasthan Seva Sangh would transfer that portion to the Trust which is being acquired by the Janmasthan Seva Sangh on the north and south walls. falls inside.
It was also said in the agreement that the cases against each other would be withdrawn. On the other hand, if either party withdraws from the agreement, then in such a situation, the court will have the right to appeal. Therefore, this agreement was made in writing with the consent of both the parties.
Explaining the main points of this agreement, Owaisi said that all this has been decided and after 54 years you take out this matter. Tell me what’s wrong with this.
