Congress veteran Digvijay Singh has targeted the policies of the Modi government through his two tweets. He said that the policies of the Congress which the BJP was rejecting earlier, are now adopting the same policies. Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said that the BJP will finally have to accept the policies of the Congress in the interest of the country.
Digvijay Singh wrote, “Thank you Modi ji and Jaishankar ji for adopting the non-aligned foreign policy of Pt Jawaharlal Nehru ji which was always opposed by the Bharatiya Jana Sangh. In the end, whether BJP wants it or not, it will have to adopt all the Congress policies which they have been opposing in the interest of the country.
In another tweet, he wrote, “Whether it is GST or MNREGA, Modi ji kept opposing these policies but now he is taking credit for them. Modi ji Congress model i.e. Gandhi Nehru ideology can take the country on the path of progress. Love harmony is Sanatan Hinduism and not “Hindutva”.
People have given different reactions to this tweet of Digvijay Singh. A user named Sonu Singh (@TmuSonu) wrote, “Why are you behind? Why not go to the public?” Another user (@Daya88476) wrote, “Gandhi – Nehru model, this country is trying to follow the model of Veer Shivaji.”
Another user (@PSTBharat) wrote, “MNREGA is a saga of Congress’s failure, it has been continued but in a meaningful way, now money is not distributed sitting at home and everyone remembers how much Congress protested against GST. Now Hindu and Hindutva are different, take this knowledge from you, such bad days have not come for Hindus.. Jai Shri Ram.
Vinod Meena (@Vinod_Meena_JNU) wrote, “There is no issue other than Hindu, Muslim and cow dung in BJP Raj. BJP is doing the work of breaking the country by playing with the sentiments of the people.
What is the Organization of Non-Aligned Countries: Explain that the Non-Aligned Movement is an international organization of developing countries. It was formed in 1961. It was attended for the first time by the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Although since then many Prime Ministers of India have participated in it. But for the first time in 2016, PM Modi had avoided it.
The absence of PM Modi in this conference in 2016, was seen as a change in India’s foreign policy. However, when this conference was held again in May 2020, PM Modi participated in it.
