I am also thankful to the Prime Minister of India that because of him we were able to get out of here, thank you for helping. Thanks to the Indian embassy, we are going home safely. Thank you.’

Sources said that Asma Shafiq was rescued by Indian Embassy officials in Kyiv. She was stuck in a war-torn area. She was facing great troubles. In the meantime, when he came to know about the efforts to evacuate people from the Indian Embassy, he contacted the Indian authorities. On this Asma is also being taken out along with other Indians to western Ukraine. She will soon reach her family.
