Topley in RCB and Yash Thakur’s entry in Lucknow team
Royal Challengers Bangalore team has made a change in the playing 11 in its fourth match this season, which has seen the entry of Reece Topley in place of fast bowler Alzarri Joseph. Yash Thakur has been included in the Lucknow team in place of Mohsin Khan. Regarding Mohsin being out at the time of toss, KL Rahul said that there is some swelling in his back due to which he will not be seen playing in this match. Apart from this, both the teams have not made any major changes in their playing 11.
Faf explained the reason behind taking the decision to bowl
RCB team captain Faf du Plessis, while explaining the reason behind the decision of bowling after winning the toss, said that when we last played a match on this ground, during the first innings the ball was coming a little slowly from the pitch. We also discussed this later and we learned from our mistakes and moved forward. Right now there is some moisture visible on the pitch due to which we would like to bowl.
KL Rahul said at the time of the toss that playing here is a bit different because I am used to going to the dressing room of the home team but today I am going to the dressing room of the opposition team. We have played much better in the previous matches and the confidence of all the players has also increased a lot. Now we just need to maintain our rhythm.
