Eight accused of attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s house got bail. After the release of the accused, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta honored them at the Delhi BJP office. On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party launched a scathing attack on the BJP for honoring the accused by the BJP. Manish Sisodia said that now it is clear that BJP nurtures goons.
After felicitating the accused, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta tweeted, “8 BJP Yuva Morcha workers, who were jailed while protesting against anti-Hindu Kejriwal, got bail by the court after 14 days. Welcoming these young revolutionaries in the state office today. Each of our workers will always fight against the anti-Hindu forces.”
At the same time, after the BJP President honored the accused, the Aam Aadmi Party launched a scathing attack on the BJP. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia tweeted, “BJP is honoring the BJP workers who carried out the deadly attack on Chief Minister Kejriwal’s house by garlanding them. It is proved that BJP not only includes goons in its party, but also shamelessly gives supremacy to hooliganism and rhetoric.
On March 30, BJP members led by Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha President Tejashwi Surya demonstrated outside Kejriwal’s house and during this police barricades were broken. BJP workers had also broken the boom barrier and were caught doing so on CCTV cameras. After which the police arrested him while taking action.
Let us tell you that Arvind Kejriwal had made a comment on the movie The Kashmir Files based on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, in which he said that if the film is put on YouTube, then the whole country will see. BJP workers were protesting against this. The arrested BJP workers had applied for bail in the lower court but the application was rejected by the lower court, after which the accused activists reached the Delhi High Court, from where they got bail.
