Jharkhand’s Independent MLA Saryu Rai met Delhi CM and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday. After the Punjab victory, this meeting is being linked to the politics of Jharkhand. Because recently Saryu Rai along with other MLAs has formed Third Front in Jharkhand, it includes five MLAs.
In fact, CM Kejriwal and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia were going for a road show in Punjab, Saryu Rai had also arrived in Delhi to participate in an event. The two leaders met when they were at the airport. Where Saryu Rai drank tea with Kejriwal and discussed the politics of the state.
After this meeting, Saryu Rai tweeted and said- “Met the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia at the Delhi airport there. They were going to Amritsar for a road show. Various topics were discussed, old memories were refreshed. Next time when he comes to Delhi, asked for a formal meeting.”
After this meeting, there is also speculation about AAP’s entry into the politics of Jharkhand. Actually if you are in Jharkhand already but its focus is not that much, but Rai, who has formed a third front in the state, can make a strong presence in the state by joining hands with AAP.
Saryu Rai’s front includes the All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). In the Jharkhand Assembly, five sitting MLAs have extended support to the Third Front. These include two AJSU MLAs Sudesh and Lambodar Mahto, independent MLAs Amit Yadav and Saryu Rai and NCP MLA Kamlesh Singh. If AAP comes in this front, then the political picture in the state can change.
Saryu Rai had come to Delhi to attend the ‘Protect Environment’ program organized by Rotary District Club. Giving information about this, he said- “Today, in a discussion of passion, passion, passion organized by Rotary District Club in New Delhi, eminent thinker Mr. Govindacharya ji joined the boxer Vijender Singh”.
