In the year 2014 in Delhi, the body of an elderly man was found in Khyala area. When the police was informed, they reached the spot and investigated but the forensic team also did not find anything. No identity card was found with the deceased so that he could be identified. Such a case with an elderly person was serious and the police were continuously working on it by distributing the picture of the dead body.
The incident was reported on April 30 at around 7 am. Two days had passed when the Khyala police station received information from the Rajouri Garden police station that the body had been identified. When the police reached Rajouri Garden, two young women told that the picture was of their father, Daljit, who was a driver by profession. Daljit was missing since April 29, so she had come to get the report written. They named their names as Kulwinder and Amarjeet.
These girls were both sisters and lived with Daljit Kulwinder. Kulwinder told that on April 29, at 5 in the morning, he had gone out of work after someone got a call. He was often out for weeks so we didn’t worry for two days. When the police investigated, it was found that Daljit was murdered around 4 in the morning. But the surprising thing was that no call went to Daljit’s call details at 5 am.
Apart from this, Daljit’s owner told that that day, Daljit had nowhere to go and the phone was switched off since 4 am. Now the needle of suspicion was towards Kulwinder, the call details revealed that he used to talk a lot with two friends. Amidst all this, the senses of the police were blown away when the location of both the boys Prince and Ashok appeared at Daljit’s house on the night of the incident. Apart from this, the location of all three was also seen at the place where the dead body was found.
When Kulwinder was strictly interrogated, he spilled all the secrets. Along with this, serious allegations like sexual abuse were also leveled on the father. Kulwinder told that earlier he had hit Daljit several times with a cricket wicket while he was sleeping. Then with a broken glass, Kulwinder cut his father’s chest and took out his pacemaker. After this, the body was thrown in the drain and the pacemaker was thrown in the Tagore Garden.
According to Kulwinder, she was fed up with the attitude of her father, so the whole conspiracy was hatched. However, his sister Amarjeet had denied his allegations and said that his father could not do so. Then the police recovered the blood-stained clothes and the vehicle used in the murder during the investigation.
