On the other hand, according to the details shared by the Russian official, the Russian Defense Ministry also claimed that the Ukrainian authorities have offered the students that they can exit Ukraine through the country’s border with Poland. While the way to the Polish border is an active war zone.

He said as the fighting in Kharkiv intensified, India on Wednesday asked its citizens to leave the second-largest Ukrainian city and go on foot if the means were not available to three nearby safe places.
