New Delhi. Health Minister Satyendar Jain in the Kejriwal government, surrounded by allegations of money laundering, has received a setback from the Delhi High Court. In fact, the court has rejected Jain’s application for transfer of bail to another judge. The court said in its remark that by doing this you are expressing doubt on the integrity of that judge. The court said that you cannot decide for yourself which judge will hear the case. It is the jurisdiction of the petitioner, under which it is decided which judge will hear the case.
In fact, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court had ordered the transfer of the Jain case to Special CBI Judge Vikas Dhulu, while the ED had ordered special CBI judge Geetanjali Goel to hear the case, against which Jain moved the High Court.
