Imran Khan Speech: Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan, who is facing a no-confidence motion, addressed the people of the country on Thursday night. During this, he accused America of trying to topple his government. During this he also mentioned Tipu Sultan and Mir Jafar. He said that Mir Jafar, along with the British, got Shiraz-ud-daula removed and made Bengal a slave. Similarly, Sadiq Khan helped the British by opposing Tipu Sultan. He said that the way people like Nawaz Sharif, Zardari in Pakistan want to weaken the country by collaborating with other countries.
Actually, Mir Jafar and Sadiq Khan may have been a part of the history of undivided India, but Imran Khan mentioned them about the betrayal. He did Mir Jafar and Sadiq Khan to Nawaz Sharif, Asif Ali Zardar and Maulna Fazlur Rehman. He said that these three have allied with a country like America and are trying to topple my government. He alleged that the governments before him used to work at the behest of America and used to get drone strikes done in Pakistan itself. 80 thousand Pakistanis died in these attacks.
Why Imran Khan has often been referring to Tipu Sultan
However, the reason for mentioning Tipu Sultan and Mir Jafar by Imran Khan is not to remember the history of Akhand Bharat. In fact, he has been referring to Tipu Sultan in the past too, but its purpose has been to remind the defeat of Islamic rulers more than the history of India. He has been saying that Tipu Sultan was a Muslim ruler and he had to face difficulties due to the betrayal of his own people.
‘I will play till the last ball, I will emerge stronger than before’
On the one hand, Imran Khan accused the opposition of playing in the hands of America, while on the other hand he refused to resign from the post of PM. He said that I have been a cricketer and I have never given up before the last ball. Imran said that whatever the outcome of the no-confidence vote, he will emerge stronger than before.
