By consuming these foods, people can get rid of the deficiency of this vitamin. However, many times this vitamin is not supplied by food items. In such conditions, doctors give supplements of this vitamin. People can get enough vitamin B12 by taking these supplements. However, these supplements should be taken only after doctor’s advice.
