Biryani Masala Banane Ka Saman
To make it you need-
5 to 6 cloves
2 bay leaves
3 stone flower
3 star anise
2 inches cinnamon powder
3 mace
2 tbsp cumin
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 big cardamom
5 to 6 cardamoms
2 tbsp oregano
5 to 6 tbsp coriander seeds
2 tbsp whole black pepper
How to make Biryani Masala (Biryani masala banne ka tarika)
To make this, first put a pan on the gas and heat it. Then when the pan becomes hot, add coriander seeds, whole black pepper and fry it well. After roasting for some time, add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds and fry it. Now mix all the remaining spices in it and roast it well. When all the spices are roasted, take them out in a plate and cool them and then grind them to make powder. Biryani masala is ready.
