To make restaurant style curd green chutney, tie curd in a cotton cloth and keep it for half an hour. Doing this will separate all the water from the curd. While the curd is getting ready, you can make coriander-mint chutney. For this, wash green coriander, mint, green chili and ginger and then put it in the mixer and blend it. It has to be prepared in the same way as you make everyday chutney.
By now the curd will also be ready, so mix it with green chutney in a blender. Add salt, roasted cumin and chaat masala to it and blend until a smooth paste is formed. Now take it out in a vessel and then keep it in the fridge to cool down. Restaurant style curd chutney is ready, serve it with biryani after it cools down.
