Massaging the face relaxes the muscles. You can do this at home also. Facial massage is very relaxing. And you can easily do facial massage at home when you know the right technique. We are telling you simple steps to do facial massage.
1) Massage the forehead
Place your fingers on your forehead, right between the eyebrows. Then gently move them upwards, towards the hairline, massaging. Do this in a scraping motion. Repeat this five times.
2) Massage near the eyes
Keep your tips under your eyes. Slide your fingers under your eyes, toward the bridge of your nose. Keep moving it on the eyebrows and then in a circular shape. Repeat this five times.
3) Massage the cheeks
Place your knuckles on your cheeks, near the bridge of your nose. Swipe it gently on your cheeks, towards your ears, and repeat five times.
4) Massage near the mouth
Make a ‘V’ shape with your fingers near your mouth. Place the fingers near your mouth in such a way that one finger is above the lip and the other is under the lower lip. Press the fingers gently and pull them towards your ears. Repeat this five times.
5) Massage the chin
