New Delhi. We all know how important it is to be happy in life. Everyone is struggling with some or the other problem but it is said that we should be happy even in small things. In this tension filled world, everyone has a lot of sorrows, but still we should forget everything and be happy because if we take even a little bit of tension, it affects us very badly. Same’, even if there is a difference of one point in it but because of this point only a lot changes. Every year 20 March is celebrated as International Happiness Day so that people find a reason to be happy one day in their stressful life. Although we should be happy every day, but by celebrating this day, a person should remember that he has to be happy as well as live for himself. Let us know when the celebration of this day was started and what was the purpose behind celebrating it-
Why is this day considered
It is said that the people of the house where the people are happy, the people of that house progress a lot, similarly the country whose people are the most happy, that country goes on the path of progress. Actually, the resolution to celebrate International Happiness Day every year was passed by the United Nations on 20 July 2012. International Happiness Day was started from the year 2013. The only goal of celebrating this was that people should understand the importance of being happy and find the reason. It is said that the famous philanthropist Jamie Illian is believed to be behind bringing this day.
what is this year’s theme
Let us tell you that every year some or the other theme is kept on Happiness Day, like this time the theme of this day is ‘Be Aware, Be Grateful, Be Kind’. That is, we should be kind, be grateful to everyone and we should also keep both our eyes and mind open. On the other hand, if we talk about last year, then the theme of that year should be ‘calm and sensible’. It is said that sometimes very big things get spoiled due to anger and stupidity, so we should remain calm. At the same time it is also said that being happy is our birthright.
