Anulom Vilom: According to Baba Ramdev, if you do Anulom-Vilom Pranayama, your blood pressure will remain under control. Remember that Anulom-Vilom Pranayama should be done at a moderate pace. Doing it at a fast pace will not reduce the blood pressure. This yoga keeps the lungs healthy and keeps the flow of oxygen in the body right. Do Bhastrika Pranayama: Patients of blood pressure should do Bhastrika asana to control BP. Gourd contains protein, vitamin A, C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc, which help in reducing blood pressure. To make bottle gourd juice, cut the gourd into small pieces and put it in a mixer. Add mint and coriander along with bottle gourd and mix well. Now mix lemon juice in this juice and consume it.
