To make this, you need fresh Luffa, salt, cumin, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, ghee, green coriander and lemon.

First wash the Luffa and then peel it and cut it lengthwise. Then heat ghee in a pan and then splutter cumin. Add all the spices in it and add little water and fry the spices well. The masala will be ready after roasting in 5 to 7 minutes. Now add luffa to it and then mix it well. Lower the flame and then cover it and cook for 10 minutes. If you open the lid, you will see that the Luffa has left a lot of water, check whether the Luffa is cooked or not. Then if it is not cooked then cover it again and cook it. If it is cooked, then increase the flame and allow its water to dry. When all the water dries up, then you add lemon juice to it and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves and then serve.
