Ingredients for making dates laddus-
Dates – 200 grams
Almonds – 50 grams
Cashew – 50 grams
Desi Ghee – 1 tsp
Pistachios – 4 or 5
Method of making date laddus-
First wash the dates and keep the water to dry. When the date water leaves, grind it coarsely in a mixer. Coarsely grind cashews and almonds in the same way, now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. Add ground dates and fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Now turn off the gas and keep it in the plate to cool down and now add all the ground nuts and mix them and make small laddus. Enjoy delicious and healthy laddoos. Dates are sweet but if you prefer to eat more sweet, you can add honey or powdered sugar to the laddoos.
