Ingredients for making Chili Garlic Rice-

How to make Chili Garlic Rice –
First, heat oil in a pan and now add whole red chilies and a lot of garlic to it. Then green chili paste and red chili paste (make a paste by mixing green chili and Kashmiri red chili, add separately). Fry it well. Then add chopped onion (spring onion) and ginger. After frying this mixture add your vegetables. Remember not to overcook them. Add steamed rice (or leftover rice). Salt to taste and add a dash of sugar, some soy sauce, and vinegar to balance the flavors. Mix all these well and sprinkle some green onion leaves. Add desi ghee to it and serve.
Cooking Tips-
You can add vegetables according to your choice in it.
Olive oil can also be used to make this recipe.
Do not cook vegetables too much, it spoils its taste.
