You can eat Kuttu-paneer pakodas during the fast. Buckwheat is 75 percent carbohydrate and it contains protein, it is a great help in reducing weight. Ingredients of Kuttu Paneer Pakoda-
For batter: 1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp red chili
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 coriander powder
rock salt as per taste
1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
For pakodas: 200 grams paneer
coriander chutney
oil for frying
Method to make Kuttu Paneer Pakoda-
First of all, take buckwheat flour in a bowl, prepare a batter by mixing all the spices and salt in it. Take paneer and grind it into thin squares. Now grind two pieces, apply green chutney on one piece and paste the other slice on it. Prepare all the paneer pieces in the same way. Heat the oil in a pan for so long. Dip the paneer pieces in the prepared batter and fry them in hot oil. Fry them till they are crispy and golden and enjoy them with any chutney or tea during the fast.
