Make Sawan Special Dal Makhani in this way
To make Sawan Special Dal Makhani, first you have to grind tomato puree i.e. tomatoes in a mixer. Now boil the soaked lentils and rajma. When this lentils boil and cool completely, then add fresh milk to it. Now to make gravy, put butter in a pan and let it heat up. When it becomes hot enough, add tomato puree to it. Now leave it to cook for a total of 4 minutes. Now add salt, dal makhani masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix it. Now fry it well for a while. When it is roasted well, then you have to cook it a little by adding fresh cream to it.
Now put the boiled lentils in this gravy. When you feel that the dal is a little thin, cook it till it becomes thick. Cook it for a while till it boils.
