Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, headed by the NPP -led Meghalaya Democratic Alliance Government, met Governor CH Vijayashankar at Raj Bhavan and submitted the resignations of ministers. An official said that the new ministers will be sworn in at Raj Bhavan at 5 pm on Tuesday evening.
