The Bihar government has approved the Chief Minister Fellowship Scheme. Under this scheme, 121 government employees will get an opportunity for training and fellowship, which will increase their administrative and management capacity. Selected employees under the scheme will be trained in IIM Bodh Gaya and after completing the training, a certificate will also be provided from there.
The purpose and training of the scheme
The main objective of the Chief Minister Fellowship Scheme is to make government employees efficient in modern management techniques and administrative functioning. Selected employees under the scheme will get experience of various projects and administrative activities in secretariat and divisional offices. During training, they will be provided intensive knowledge in the fields of policy making, planning implementation and innovation.
Fellowship honorarium
In this scheme, selected employees will get honorarium ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 1.5 lakh per month. This fellowship will encourage employees to better fulfill their responsibilities and provide them an opportunity to develop administrative skills.
Profit in certificate and career
After completing the training in IIM Bodh Gaya, selected employees will be provided certificates. This certificate will prove to be important for their professional and career development. In addition, through the scheme, government employees will get an opportunity for policy making and administrative projects.
