Jaipur. Rajasthan government and police headquarters on Monday made important changes in the police administrative system of the state and issued transfer and posting orders of many officers. The main objective of these changes is to make the traffic system of Jaipur Police Commissionerate more effective.
Changes at the level of Additional Superintendent of Police: The Home Department has made changes in the posting of four Additional Superintendent of Police level officers with the approval of the Governor. Hariprasad Somani has been transferred from SOG Jaipur and appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-North), Jaipur.
Sameer Kumar, who was currently the Commandant of 4th Battalion RAC, will now hold the charge of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-West), Jaipur.
Dr. Hemant Kumar Jakhar has been removed from PCPNDT Jaipur and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic-East), Jaipur.
Sarita Badgurjar has been transferred from Traffic-North and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarters-North), Jaipur.
Transfer of DSP level officers: According to the order issued by Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, seven Deputy Superintendent of Police level officers have been given new responsibilities with immediate effect.
To strengthen the traffic system in Jaipur Commissionerate, Rajendra Kumar Rawat, Rohit Chanwla, Kamal Nayan Moyal, Rajkumar Meena, Prem Kumar and Mukesh Chaudhary have been posted as Assistant Commissioners of Police in different traffic zones (North, West, East and South).
Kishore Singh Bhadauria, who was till now Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic-North), has been appointed as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rajasthan Police Academy (RPA), Jaipur.
Focus on improving the traffic system: Through these transfers, the government is taking steps towards dealing with the increasing traffic challenges of Jaipur city and further strengthening the administrative system. All officers have been instructed to immediately take charge at their new place of posting.
The Home Department and Police Headquarters have also issued instructions to the concerned departments and Range Inspectors General to ensure compliance with the orders.
