Pakistan has been trying to increase terrorist incidents in Jammu and Kashmir for some time now. In such a situation, the army is alert on the entire LOC. It is being told that on Friday, a group of terrorists from Pakistan tried to infiltrate in the Machil sector. The army fired at them. The terrorists also fired at the army. In this encounter, the army was successful in killing a Pakistani terrorist.

Pakistan started spreading terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir since the 1990s. After this, terrorists continuously targeted the army in Doda and Kathua areas of Jammu region. The army started action against the terrorists in Jammu region and during this, 11 soldiers including an officer have been martyred. The army has now deployed 3000 additional soldiers in Jammu region. At the same time, 500 para commandos have also been deployed here. On Friday itself, PM Modi had gone to Drass on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas and gave a strong warning to Pakistan. Modi had said that Pakistan has not learned a lesson from history. Modi had clearly said that India will continue to take strict action against terrorism and will destroy it.
