Dadri, March 29 (IANS). Before the assembly elections to be held in UP in the year 2027, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday addressed a huge public meeting at Mihir Bhoj College ground in Dadri and claimed that in the upcoming elections, Samajwadi Party and India alliance will win more seats than the expectation of BJP.
The SP chief said that this time the Samajwadi Party is going to win more seats than the Bharatiya Janata Party would have expected. There is a long history of struggle here, this is a land of self-respect, whose call shakes the earth. This is not just a rally, it is the call of the people to remove the Bharatiya Janata Party from power. We all fought that battle when other people wanted to snatch our history. Form the government in 2027, and install statues on the river front in the capital Lucknow to remind the contributions of all the PDA great men.
Taking a jibe at BJP, Akhilesh Yadav said that everything said by these gossipers is false. They say that they will give Rs 15 lakh, will provide one crore jobs every year, will pay for sugarcane on time, understand that these people tell big lies. PDA’s campaign is not just about one or two elections, it is about fighting the oppression that has been going on for centuries.
Referring to Jewar Airport, Akhilesh Yadav said that if someone had done the work of getting NOC for Jewar Airport, it was the Samajwadi Party, the result of which is that the airport has been built here today. In future, we will work to honor the farmer brothers by taking their land at market rates.
Speaking on law and order, Akhilesh Yadav said that in the coming time, he wants to assure that we will work to provide security to our sisters by strengthening 1090, will restart the Samajwadi Pension and will work to increase the respect of our poor mothers and sisters by giving them Rs 40 thousand every year.
Referring to the Constitution, the SP chief said that the reservation under the Constitution of Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar was never in his agenda, that is why he does not give government jobs and gets the papers leaked. Baba Saheb has given us a paper or a document which is stronger than an iron sword. No matter what obstacles we face, we will continue to fight to end inequality.
