Mumbai, May 10 (IANS). NCP (SP) national spokesperson Clyde Crasto congratulated the new Tamil Nadu CM Vijay. He said that I am confident that he will serve the public.
Speaking to IANS in Mumbai, NCP (SP) national spokesperson Clyde Crasto said that Vijay has become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. He serves the people. People have elected him. As far as I understand, Vijay will serve the people of Tamil Nadu. Congress supported him. This is a good thing. The Central Government will also have to serve the people of Tamil Nadu, if it does not then it is wrong.
On the arrest of Punjab Minister Sanjeev Arora by ED, he said that there is Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab and if you look at the history of the last few years, it is known that wherever there is no BJP government, ‘ice treatment’ is going on. Income Tax, CBI and ED. It is possible that ‘ice treatment’ has started in Punjab also.
Referring to Raghav Chadha, he said that those who are afraid, join BJP and those who are not afraid, they are raided by ED/CBI.
On Nashik TCS case, Clyde Crasto said that whoever does wrong should be punished. According to law, no one is above the law. This is what we say. Therefore, if someone has committed a mistake, he should be punished. It does not matter whether he is in the government or not, whether he is a minister or a common man.
On Suvendu Adhikari becoming the Chief Minister of West Bengal, Clyde Crasto said that the swearing in took place on May 9 in West Bengal. Suvendu Adhikari has now become the Chief Minister. We hope that he will serve the people of Bengal, but some time back, this was the same Suvendu Adhikari whom BJP was questioning when he was in TMC. What was not said about them. Now let’s see what happens in future.
He said that violence has been going on in Bengal ever since the election results came. There is trouble in Bengal, the new CM should take stock, work should be done peacefully. The working style of the government should be such that the common people of Bengal should not suffer. If people have elected them then they should work for the public welfare.
