Bhopal, 14 November (IANS). In Madhya Pradesh, the birth anniversary of Constitution maker Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is being celebrated with a sense of reverence, harmony and harmony.
State Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that Dr. Ambedkar has made an incomparable contribution in building modern India. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, Chief Minister Yadav paid homage to him by garlanding and paying floral tributes at the statue of Babasaheb at the Board Office intersection of the capital Bhopal.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Yadav said that Dr. Ambedkar’s contribution in building modern India is incomparable. By creating the Indian Constitution, he ensured the protection of the rights of all classes to establish an egalitarian society.
He further said that the social welfare work done by Dr. Ambedkar can never be forgotten. Babasaheb’s legacy of justice and equality will always inspire us.
On Ambedkar Jayanti, State Congress President Jitu Patwari paid homage to the statue located at Babasaheb’s birthplace Dr. Ambedkar Nagar (Mhow) and paid respectful homage on this auspicious occasion. Remembering Dr. Ambedkar, Patwari said, “Babasaheb’s teachings will always inspire us in the fight for strengthening democracy, equal rights for every Indian, participation of every class and protection of the Constitution.”
On the birth anniversary of Dr. Ambedkar, programs for social harmony are being organized at various places in the state including the capital. Morning processions were taken out, floral tributes were offered to the statues and a pledge was taken to strengthen the nation.
