Bihar Elections: Amit Malviya’s taunt on Rahul Gandhi; ‘Another election, another defeat’

New Delhi, November 14 (IANS). Counting of votes is going on for 243 assembly seats of Bihar. According to the latest trends of the Election Commission, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is clearly seen crossing the majority mark, while the opposition’s grand alliance seems to be lagging behind. Meanwhile, BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya took a dig at Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for continuously losing elections.

Malviya mentioned 95 defeats under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. He pointed out, “Rahul Gandhi’s 95 defeats, although many would call him a 9 to 5 blame politician, but Rahul Gandhi has suffered 95 electoral defeats in two decades, which is five less than in a century. Is this attack on India’s institutions a ploy to divert the attention of this silver spoon heir?”

Malviya also posted graphics of state elections, showing when and where the Congress party lost elections after Rahul Gandhi entered electoral politics.

Counting of votes continues for Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. According to the latest trends of the Election Commission, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) seems to be easily crossing the required figure of 122 for majority.

In the trends, BJP has an lead compared to all other parties. According to the latest data of the Election Commission, BJP is ahead in maximum 88 seats. The second party is Nitish Kumar’s Janata Dal (United), which is leading on 79 seats. Apart from this, the main opposition party of the state, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is leading on 32 seats.

Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) is leading on 21 seats. The main opposition party of the country and the main party of the opposition grand alliance in Bihar, Congress is ahead on only 4 seats.
