BJP is scared because India alliance made backward caste leader as deputy CM candidate: Tejashwi

India Alliance chief ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav on Saturday claimed that the BJP is scared of the opposition alliance choosing a leader belonging to the Extremely Backward Class (EBC) as its deputy chief ministerial candidate for the Bihar elections.

Let us inform you that India Alliance has nominated Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) founder and EBC leader Mukesh Sahni as its Deputy Chief Minister candidate.

RJD leader Yadav said, “BJP’s hatred towards the EBC community has come out in the open. They are repeatedly raising questions on Mukesh Sahni being made our Deputy Chief Ministerial candidate. Why is Amit Shah so disappointed with an EBC leader being made the Deputy Chief Ministerial candidate of Bihar?”

Speaking to reporters in Patna, he claimed that BJP leaders including Shah, who calls religious minorities “infiltrators”, are now raising concerns over why the Bharatiya Janata Party has not nominated any Muslim leader for the post of Deputy Chief Minister.

“The BJP, which has repeatedly abused religious minorities and threatened to send them to Pakistan, is now worried about their representation. We will address their concerns soon,” he said.

He said, “I have always said that this nation is for everyone. All the people of India, irrespective of their religion or caste, have contributed to building this nation.”

Yadav alleged that whatever work Prime Minister Narendra Modi did for Gujarat, he has not done even one percent for Bihar.

“The people of Bihar are not stupid. They understand everything. They are demanding accountability from the NDA government and Prime Minister Modi has no answer,” he claimed.
