Korba, June 28 (IANS). Action has intensified against District Panchayat member Razzaq Ali, the main accused in the case of murderous attack and attempt to murder on BJP leader Shivbalak Singh Tomar.
Along with legal action, the Municipal Corporation administration on Sunday started action to remove encroachment by running bulldozers on the illegal construction of Ali.
According to the information, a two-storey building was constructed by Razzaq Ali in front of Sand Ghat on Sitamani main road. The Municipal Corporation investigated the documents related to the building, in which the construction was allegedly found to be illegal. After this, on Sunday morning, in the presence of heavy police force, the Municipal Corporation team reached the spot and started the process of removing the illegal portion with the help of JCB.
Before starting the action, the items kept inside the building were taken out safely. A large number of policemen, municipal officials and local people were present at the spot during the entire operation. People watched the entire action closely.
This action has taken place at a time when Razzaq Ali is accused of murderous attack and attempt to murder on BJP leader Shivbalak Singh Tomar. Police investigation and legal action in this matter is also continuing.
At present, both the action to remove illegal construction and the police investigation into the attack are going on parallelly.
Let us tell you that in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, there was a fatal attack on BJP leader and former Balko Mandal President Shivbalak Singh Tomar in the month of June this year. According to the information, Shivbalak Singh Tomar was going to jail to meet his nephew. On the way, District Panchayat member Razzaq Ali stopped him and instructed him to stay away from his nephew and not support him, due to which the dispute between the two parties increased.
