New Delhi, April 11 (IANS). Bihar BJP President Sanjay Saraogi expressed his opinion on BJP’s manifesto in West Bengal, CWC meeting and resignation of Justice Yashwant Verma.
Speaking to IANS, Sanjay Saraogi on the Women’s Reservation Bill said, “Congress never gave reservation to women anywhere else. However, when our government came to power in Bihar, we implemented reservation in urban local bodies and Panchayati Raj institutions. This benefited thousands of women, from mayors and deputy mayors to village heads. What Congress could not do in 30 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi did in just three days. He got the Nari Shakti Act passed in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Gave.”
He said that in the coming days, our sisters should also have an equal role in making laws and the Prime Minister has taken a firm resolve to provide reservation to women in every election. A special session has been called in this regard from 16 to 18 April. But the intentions of Congress and the opposition are not right.
BJP state president Sanjay Saraogi said, “India’s Home Minister Amit Shah has issued a trust letter. It says that financial assistance of Rs 3,000 per month will be given to the women of West Bengal. It also promises to provide employment to one crore people in the next five years. The Bengal government is giving protection to Rohingyas and Bangladeshis and infiltrators. After the formation of the BJP government, we will drive away the infiltrators from West Bengal.”
Sanjay Saraogi said, “Right now no work is done in West Bengal without cut money i.e. giving a week. In such a situation, BJP will also provide special assistance to industrialists. Common people have faith in Bharatiya Janata Party, whatever we say is implemented on the ground. This time TMC is going to lose power and BJP government will be formed.”
Regarding the resignation of Justice Yashwant Verma, Saraogi said, “He was being impeached, he has been found involved in corruption.”
