New Delhi, January 21 (IANS). Madras High Court canceled the FIR registered against BJP leader Amit Malviya. BJP has called it the victory of truth.
On this issue, BJP spokesperson Ajay Alok, while talking to news agency IANS, said that when someone speaks the truth and exposes the opposition, cases are registered against him and the police are deployed. The court has made everything clear and has differentiated between truth and falsehood.
Ajay Alok alleged that Udhayanidhi Stalin’s statements regarding Sanatan Dharma were poisonous and this made his ideology clear. He said that the intention of the opposition is to destroy Sanatan Dharma, but the people of the country will never accept it.
In fact, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court on Tuesday quashed the FIR registered in 2023 by the Tiruchi City Police against BJP leader Amit Malviya. This FIR was registered on the charges of distorting the statements given by Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Sanatan Dharma.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says that Gandhi’s name is to maintain the respect of the ideology. Changing the name of MNREGA will do nothing. On this, Ajay Alok gave a sharp reaction and said that the country got independence in 1947 and in the same period, Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated, but then Congress did not remember Gandhi’s ideology. He said that MNREGA was brought in 2006 and the truth is that the country now needs freedom from ‘borrowing Gandhi’. Ajay Alok bluntly said that Gandhi was one and will remain the same.
The BJP spokesperson also took a strong stand on the issue of illegal infiltration. He said that illegal infiltration has become a big threat not only to India but to the entire world. Today every country in the world is expelling illegal infiltrators from its place and India will also do the same. Taking aim at the people standing in support of the infiltrators, he said that those who sympathize with them can go with them wherever they want.
Congress leader Digvijay Singh said that BJP and RSS create Hindu versus Muslim conflict. On this, Ajay Alok said that Digvijay Singh’s political time is now over. Congress is not going to give him Rajya Sabha seat anyway and nothing is going to be achieved by making such statements. He said that even at the age of 78, he is running around unnecessarily. He said that RSS is the backbone of the country and Hindutva is the identity of this country, and no one can fight with Hindus in India.
Ajay Alok, while reacting to the protest being organized by RJD regarding women’s safety, called it ridiculous. He said that before protesting, RJD leaders should pay attention to the safety of the women of their homes. He alleged that those who are unable to protect women in their homes are taking to the streets and protesting.
At the same time, BJP leader Locket Chatterjee also reacted in the Amit Malviya case. He said that the tweet made by Amit Malviya was completely correct. He alleged that whoever speaks the truth is pressurized from above, but the court’s decision has made it clear that the truth cannot be suppressed.
