Lucknow, February 27 (IANS). In Uttar Pradesh, all employees will be given salaries before the festival of Holi. In this regard, state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to all the officials. The Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) gave this information on Friday.
According to the CMO, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has asked all the officials to ensure that the salaries of all the employees are paid before Holi. CM Yogi also said that no negligence will be tolerated in this.
Apart from this, the CMO informed that Saturday has been declared a working day in the state. Along with this, there will be Holi holiday from March 2 to March 4.
Earlier, the Agriculture Department had taken the initiative to gift agricultural equipment to farmers on the festival. Booking for agricultural equipment available on subsidy has started, which will continue till March 4. Farmers will have to apply online on the website of the Agriculture Department.
This gift to the farmers will be given under the Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization scheme run by the Agriculture Department. According to the plan, applications for Farm Machinery Bank, Agricultural Drones, other single agricultural equipment and other single agricultural equipment for crop residue management under the Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization for In-Situ Management of Crop Residue Scheme and agricultural equipment/agricultural protection equipment of other schemes can be made till March 4. Can apply for batch dryer and table cellar under the Accelerated Maize Development Programme.
Booking or application for agricultural equipment will have to be done online on the department’s website. Online application can be made by clicking on this link ‘Start Equipment Booking’ under Farmer’s Corner. All information related to the instruments and the grant process is available on this website. Beneficiaries will have to purchase agricultural equipment and upload its receipt and photo on the website within 10 days from the date of selection or confirmation of booking token.
