The statements of the leaders are creating tension in the India Block. This time the left parties have directly targeted Rahul Gandhi. The left parties have expressed their objection to the way Rahul Gandhi is attacking the left parties in Kerala. This will affect the unity of the India block and spoil relations.

India Bloc held a meeting on Monday (March 9) in Delhi to discuss the Parliament session. During the meeting, Left MPs John Brittas and P. Santosh Kumar expressed their objection to the alliance between Rahul Gandhi’s Communist Party and BJP. Rahul Gandhi had alleged that there is coordination between BJP and communist parties in Kerala. Additionally, he used the term “Communist Janata Party”, which has angered Left leaders. Left wing leaders raised the question that how will the alliance work if such comments are made against the allied parties.
What did Rahul Gandhi say
Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal expressed objection to the stance of Left MPs during the meeting. He said that this issue will be discussed later and he will explain what Rahul Gandhi meant. He also said that it is wrong to make an issue of a part of Rahul Gandhi’s speech in this way. Rahul Gandhi was also present during the meeting and said that this issue will be discussed later. Most of the leaders said that the meeting should focus on the parliamentary agenda.
Elections are to be held in Kerala in the next few months. The left-wing government has been in power for two consecutive terms, and the BJP is the third largest party, while the Congress has been in the contest. Congress feels that this time it will come to power.
