Patna, July 10 (IANS). After the formation of the new NDA government in Bihar, the first major organizational meeting of the alliance was held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Friday. The meeting was presided over by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary.
The main objective of the meeting was to establish better coordination between the organizational structure of the government and the NDA, so that development and public welfare schemes can be effectively delivered to the people.
The special feature of this meeting was that the district presidents of all the five constituent parties of NDA attended a joint coordination meeting for the first time.
Many senior leaders including former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, JDU National Working President Sanjay Jha, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, JDU State President Umesh Kushwaha were present in the meeting. During the meeting, district heads of various parties shared information about the political and organizational activities of their respective districts.
It was discussed in the meeting that by establishing better coordination between the government and the organization, the benefits of development schemes and welfare programs should be effectively extended to the district and block level.
It was also decided that the district presidents of all the constituent parties of NDA will hold regular meetings in their respective districts. Coordination will be strengthened through meetings and information about the government’s achievements and public welfare schemes will be made available to the public.
The leaders said that organizational coordination will be made the main strength of the government. After the meeting, Nishant Kumar said that former CM Nitish Kumar has appreciated the work being done under the leadership of CM Samrat Chaudhary.
According to Nishant Kumar, Nitish Kumar expressed confidence that the present government will take forward the development work done in the last two decades in Bihar and further strengthen them.
He said that the collective goal of NDA is to ensure that the benefits of development reach every citizen of the state and everyone works together to build a prosperous and developed Bihar.
After the formation of the new Bihar government, this meeting of NDA is being considered an important organizational initiative. By bringing together senior leaders and district level officials, the alliance has attempted to strengthen internal coordination and increase the reach of government schemes.
