In fact, in the auction held in Abu Dhabi for the Indian Premier League 2026, money has been showered on uncapped player Aaqib Nabi. He has become the most expensive player of Jammu and Kashmir in IPL. Delhi Capitals opened the coffers for Aaqib Nabi Dar and added the all-rounder for Rs 8.40 crore.
There was a tough competition between Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals for the ball with a base price of Rs 30 lakh. RCB and SRH also entered this battle, but in the end the victory went to Delhi Capitals. DC added this all-rounder for Rs 8.40 crore.
Nabi’s recent performance has contributed significantly to the huge price he got. This right-arm fast bowler has taken 15 wickets in 7 matches in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
