Patna, October 23 (IANS). The grand alliance on Thursday announced the name of alliance coordination committee chief Tejashwi Yadav as the chief ministerial face in the Bihar assembly elections. After this, Congress’s Bihar in-charge Krishna Allavaru said on Thursday that NDA has neither vision nor face.
He said that there is NDA government in Bihar for 20 years, and there is NDA government in the Center for 11 years, but today they do not even have a report card. He said that in this election, NDA should tell what work they did to earn and what report card they have for improving education and health system.
Congress leader Krishna Allavaru said that the NDA should also tell whether they will make Nitish Kumar the Chief Minister after winning the elections or not. He said that today India Alliance has shown vision for Bihar. We are going among the people with a vision. We have a vision as well as a face. We have created a vision regarding empowerment of women including education, employment and there is unity in the alliance.
He claimed that the people of Bihar will vote for change in this election and a grand alliance government will be formed.
Earlier on Thursday, the Grand Alliance declared Tejashwi Yadav as the Chief Ministerial candidate for the Bihar Assembly elections. Also, Mukesh Sahni was chosen as the candidate for the post of Deputy Chief Minister. In the joint press conference of the Grand Alliance, former Rajasthan Chief Minister and Congress leader Ashok Gehlot said that all the parties involved in this alliance have decided that if the Grand Alliance government is formed, then Tejashwi Yadav will be the Chief Minister and VIP chief Mukesh Sahni will become the Deputy Chief Minister.
