NDA's brilliant budget will take a new step in the development of Bihar: Mangal Pandey

Patna, February 3 (IANS). Finance Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav presented the budget for the financial year 2026-27 in the Bihar Assembly on Tuesday. Describing this budget as historic, Minister Mangal Pandey said that this budget will take a new step in the development of Bihar.

While talking to the media in Patna, Bihar government minister Mangal Pandey said that the public has given a huge majority to the NDA under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. This is the first budget of the new government. Finance Minister Bijendra Prasad Yadav has presented a budget of more than Rs 3 lakh 47 thousand crore. This budget will give a new direction to the development of Bihar and will take a new step in development. The health department will do new work with this budget. The arrangements of rural hospitals will be improved. The salary of doctors in rural areas will be increased. Work will be increased in the fields of infrastructure, health and education. Health facilities will be increased for the elderly. These will be made better and better. It is the resolve of the NDA government that every youth should become capable, skilled and self-reliant, so that he can play the role of a strong partner in building a developed Bihar.

When West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee met the Chief Election Commissioner in Delhi, Minister Mangal Pandey said that the people of Bengal are watching everything. Mamta Banerjee’s attitude is not right. CM moved from Kolkata to Delhi and is raising the issue there. But, the people of Bengal are not coming out and saying that they have a problem with SIR. People are not gathering on the streets. SIR is being conducted on the instructions of the Election Commission and the state government officials are fulfilling their responsibilities in this work. Now the question is that Mamata Banerjee does not trust her DM, SDO. It is not right to oppose SIR for politics. They are creating confusion among the public. The Election Commission is an independent institution, which enforces rules and policies.

He said that a new golden chapter has been added to India-US partnership. Tariff on Made in India products has now been reduced to 18 percent and a trade agreement has been successfully concluded between the two countries, paving the way for a strong trade partnership and shared development between the two countries. Congratulations to PM Modi and US President Donald Trump for this visionary and historic agreement. This agreement will also comprehensively promote industry, trade, investment and employment opportunities in both the countries.
