Patna, October 22 (IANS). BJP leader and Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai strongly attacked the announcement of former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav to make contract workers permanent and said that no matter how many illusions Tejasvi Yadav spreads, the people of Bihar are not going to fall into his trap.
While talking to the media in Patna, he said that the work done by Nitish government for the livelihood of Jeevika Didis has brought happiness in their lives. Whatever needs to be done in future will be done by the NDA government of Bihar.
He said, “Jeevika Didis know that Tejashwi Yadav is a robber, corrupt and a family man. He is a patron of criminals. During his time, women were gang-raped. There was genocide. At that time, women were suppressed. When RJD was in power, milk scam was done and many children died without milk in the flood.”
Senior BJP leader Nityanand Rai further said that during that period, the rights of the poor were snatched away by fodder scam, bitumen scam. Gangotri of corruption used to flow, but today Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged for a developed India and developed Bihar. The pillars of their development are sisters, women, farmers, youth, poor and if anyone is going to develop them then they are Prime Minister Modi and Nitish Kumar in Bihar.
He said that whatever lie Tejashwi Yadav may tell, the people of Bihar will wipe him out in this election. NDA government will be formed in Bihar. Earlier, Leader of Opposition in Bihar Assembly Tejashwi Yadav announced on Wednesday that if the Grand Alliance government is formed in the state, then all the contract workers will be made permanent.
He also claimed that the Grand Alliance will work to provide economic justice to the people of the state in this era of inflation. The first phase of Bihar assembly elections will be held on 6 November and the second phase on 11 November. Counting of votes will take place on November 14.
