PM Modi honored with Slovakia's highest civilian honor, leaders call it 'proof of growing global prestige'

New Delhi, June 16 (IANS). Many leaders across the country have expressed happiness over Prime Minister Narendra Modi being honored with Slovakia’s highest civilian honour. Describing it as a proud moment for India, the leaders said that this honor is a symbol of India’s growing prestige in the world and the acceptance of Prime Minister Modi’s global leadership.

BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh told IANS that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has so far received about three dozen international honors from different countries of the world. The Prime Minister’s work is being appreciated all over the world and his leadership is being recognized at the global level. Today every corner of the world is accepting India’s growing influence and India’s shine is clearly visible on the global stage.

BJP national spokesperson RP Singh said that Slovakia has become the 33rd country to honor Prime Minister Modi with its highest civilian honour. This achievement makes the entire country feel proud and every Indian is considering this honor as his own achievement.

Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale said that Prime Minister Modi is currently on a tour of France and Slovakia. Slovakia became an independent country in the year 1993 and PM Modi has been given grand respect by the people there. He called it a matter of pride and honor for India.

Uttar Pradesh Government Minister OP Rajbhar said that whenever Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits any country in the world, he carries the message of peace, cooperation and harmony. This is the reason why he is getting respect and honor all over the world. The Prime Minister always talks about increasing cooperation and sharing of resources among countries, which strengthens global brotherhood.

UP government minister Narendra Kumar Kashyap said, “Slovakia welcoming the Prime Minister is a matter of pride for the people of India. It is also a matter of happiness that about three dozen countries have honored Prime Minister Narendra Modi in view of his good works and India’s growing global identity.
